Hall\u533b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u975e\u6d32\u7eff\u7334\u7ef4\u6d1b\u7ec6\u80de\u65e8\u5728\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7684\u603b\u91cf\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ece\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u91ca\u653e\u5230\u57f9\u517b\u57fa\u548c\u6d4b\u91cf\u5316\u5408\u7269\u6cbb\u7597\u671f\u95f4\u65b0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4f20\u67d3\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e38\u89c4\u68c0\u6d4b\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u4f4d\u7ec4\u7ec7\u57f9\u517b\u611f\u67d3\u5242\u91cf(TCID50)\u548c\u5b9a\u91cf\u805a\u5408\u9176\u94fe\u53cd\u5e94(qPCR)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u524d\u8005\u8861\u91cf\u7684\u662f\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u88ab\u6291\u5236\u7684\uff0c\u800cqPCR\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u75c5\u6bd2\u662f\u5426\u88ab\u5236\u9020\u548c\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u786e\u5b9a\u8be5\u75c5\u6bd2\u662f\u5426\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5bb6\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ec6\u80de\u57f9\u517b\u4e2d\uff0c\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u9897\u7c92\u7684\u4f20\u67d3\u6027\u548c\u590d\u5236\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u6291\u523650%\u81f395%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u4eec\u8bc1\u660emonepantel\u548cmonepantel
