National Audit Office)\u5728\u51762018\u5e74\u7f51\u7edc\u97e7\u6027\u8bc4\u4f30(cyber resilience review)\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u6863\u6848\u9986(National Archives)\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5730\u7403\u79d1\u5b66(Geoscience Australia)\u201c\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u7f51\u7edc\u98ce\u9669\u65b9\u9762\u2026\u2026\u5b89\u5168\u6548\u7387\u4f4e\u4e0b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>TSI\u5370\u5ea6\u4f30\u503c<\/h2>\n<p>Vortiv(\u524d\u8eab\u4e3aTransaction Solutions International)\u5df2\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u5176\u5728\u5b50\u516c\u53f8TSI India\u6301\u6709\u768424.89%\u7684\u88ab\u52a8\u80a1\u6743\uff0c\u622a\u81f33\u670831\u65e5\u8d22\u5e74\u7684\u4f30\u503c\u4e3a720\u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u72ec\u7acb\u8bc4\u4f30\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u90e8\u5206\u76f8\u52a0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9TSI\u5370\u5ea6\u81ea\u52a8\u67dc\u673a\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8fd0\u8425\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u4f30\u503c\u8d34\u73b0\uff0c\u5e76\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u5386\u53f2\u4e1a\u7ee9\u3001\u5f53\u5730\u5e02\u573a\u72b6\u51b5\u548c\u5168\u7403\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027(\u5305\u62ec\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5f71\u54cd)\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u540e\uff0c\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u51b3\u5b9a\u5728\u516c\u53f82020\u8d22\u5e74\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\u4e2d\u91c7\u7528550\u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u8f83\u4f4e\u4f30\u503c\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e\u4e0a\u4e00\u8d22\u5e74\u7684970\u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e1a\u7ee9<\/h2>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1Vortiv 2020\u5e74\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u4e1a\u7ee9\u53d7\u5230TSI\u5370\u5ea6ATM\u7f51\u7edc\u5347\u7ea7\u548c\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u672a\u8ba1\u5229\u606f\u3001\u7a0e\u9879\u3001\u6298\u65e7\u548c\u644a\u9500\u524d\u6536\u76ca(EBITDA)\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u8fd0\u8425\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4ece2019\u5e74\u7684180\u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u589e\u957f\u5230200\u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u5e45\u4e3a11%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2018\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u592e\u884c(Reserve Bank of
