(PD1)\u6291\u5236\u5242spartalizumab\u8054\u5408\u57285\u4e2a\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Novartis\u5c06\u5168\u6743\u8d1f\u8d23\u6297\u4f53\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\uff0cImmutep\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u5728\u6297\u4f53\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u540e\u83b7\u5f97\u57fa\u4e8e\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u9636\u6bb5\u6027\u4ed8\u6b3e\u548c\u4e13\u5229\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2019\u5e74\u5e95\uff0cImmutep\u5728\u6cbb\u7597\u764c\u75c7\u548c\u4f20\u67d3\u75c5\u65b9\u9762\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u6b27\u6d32\u4e13\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u62ee\u6297\u5242\u6297\u4f53<\/h2>\n<p>IMP701\u6700\u521d\u662f\u7531Immutep\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u9776\u5411\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u6fc0\u6d3b\u57fa\u56e0-3 (lag3)\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u8be5\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u8c03\u8282\u514d\u75ab\u5e94\u7b54T\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u62ee\u6297\u5242\u6297\u4f53,\u5b83\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\u6548\u5e94T\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u8c03\u8282\u6027T\u7ec6\u80de(Treg),\u52aa\u529b\u6fc0\u6d3b\u524d\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65ad\u6291\u5236\u4fe1\u53f7,\u5426\u5219\u5f00\u5173,\u6291\u5236Treg\u51fd\u6570,\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u963b\u6b62T\u7ec6\u80de\u5bf9\u6297\u539f\u523a\u6fc0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IMP701\u9664\u53bb\u4e86\u963b\u6b62\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u5bf9\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u505a\u51fa\u53cd\u5e94\u548c\u6740\u6b7b\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u201c\u5239\u8f66\u201d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u4ec5\u9488\u5bf9\u6548\u5e94T\u7ec6\u80de\u9014\u5f84\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6297\u4f53\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IMP701\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u6743\u5229\u57282012\u5e74\u88ab\u6388\u6743\u7ed9CoStim
