Therapeutics\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u662fASX\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u4e2d\u552f\u4e00\u62e5\u6709CAR-T\u6280\u672f\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u3002CAR-T\u6280\u672f\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7ec6\u80de\u7597\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u8fdb\u884c\u91cd\u65b0\u7f16\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u5e76\u6467\u6bc1\u764c\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Peter Mac\u7684Phil Darcy\u6559\u6388\u5c06\u9886\u5bfc\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u6709Prescient\u62e5\u6709\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Darcy\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0cCAR-T\u7597\u6cd5\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u8840\u6db2\u6076\u6027\u80bf\u7624\u4e2d\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u201c\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6d3b\u6027\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5b83\u5bf9\u5b9e\u4f53\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u90a3\u4e48\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Darcy\u6559\u6388\u8865\u5145\u8bf4:\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u63a2\u7d22\u7684\u6709\u9884\u89c1\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u91cd\u65b0\u7f16\u7a0b\u80bf\u7624\u5fae\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u663e\u8457\u589e\u5f3aCAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>\u7ec6\u80de\u6cbb\u7597\u589e\u5f3a\u9879\u76ee<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e0ePeter Mac\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86Prescient\u76ee\u524d\u7ec6\u80de\u6cbb\u7597\u589e\u5f3a(CTE)\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2aCTE\u9879\u76ee\u6b63\u5728\u548cCarina Biotech\u4e00\u8d77\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u548cPeter Mac\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u65e8\u5728\u4ea7\u751f\u6280\u672f\u6765\u8865\u5145\u73b0\u6709\u7684CAR-T\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff0cCTE\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5f00\u53d1\u529f\u6548\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u5438\u5f15\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u83b7\u5f97\u8bb8\u53ef\u540e\u5c06\u8be5\u6280\u672f\u7eb3\u5165\u4ed6\u4eec\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a\u8bb8\u591a\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u4e89\u5206\u593a\u5229\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u52a0\u5165Peter Yatomi-Clarke\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8865\u5145\u8bf4:\u201cPrescient\u662fASX\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u5bb6\u5f00\u53d1CAR-T\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u8865\u5145\u6211\u4eec\u5728CTE\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6218\u7565\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597PTX-100<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u4eca\u5929\u5173\u4e8ePeter Mac\u7814\u7a76\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u672c\u5468\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019Prescient\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5176\u5bf9PTX-100\u836f\u7269\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6210\u529f\u5b8c\u6210\u7b2c\u4e8c\u62791000 mg\/m2\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u540e\uff0cPTX-100\u76841b\u671f\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u52302000 mg\/m2\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u5242\u91cf\u6c34\u5e73\u3002
