Lambert\u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6b63\u662f\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u5e0c\u671b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8bf4:\u201cAMP945\u5df2\u88ab\u8bc1\u660e\u5177\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u8010\u53d7\u6027\uff0c\u9002\u5408\u5c06\u5176\u63a8\u8fdb\u5230\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u548c\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u7684\u4e8c\u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr Lambert\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u4e8c\u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u5728\u201c2021\u5e74\u5e95\u5de6\u53f3\u201d\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u7ed3\u679c<\/h2>\n<p>Amplia\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u5355\u6b21\u548c\u91cd\u590d\u5242\u91cfAMP945\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u968f\u673a\u3001\u53cc\u76f2\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u662f\u57282020\u5e749\u6708\u7531\u963f\u5c14\u5f17\u96f7\u5fb7\u533b\u9662\u4eba\u7c7b\u7814\u7a76\u4f26\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(HREC)\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u534f\u8bae\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u7ec8\u70b9\u662f\u53e3\u670dAMP945\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3002\u6b21\u8981\u7ec8\u70b9\u8bc4\u4f30\u836f\u7269\u7684\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u670956\u540d\u5e74\u9f84\u572818-65\u5c81\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6210\u4eba\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u5355\u5242\u91cf(125\u6beb\u514b)\u6216\u591a\u5242\u91cf(100\u6beb\u514b)AMP945\u6216\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u7684\u5242\u91cf(\u901a\u8fc7\u80f6\u56ca\u4e0e\u4e00\u676f\u6c34\u4e00\u8d77\u670d\u7528)\u3002\u8fde\u7eed7\u5929\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u670d\u7528\u591a\u6b21\u5242\u91cf\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u98df\u7269\u5bf9\u836f\u7269\u5438\u6536\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4e00\u7ec4\u53d7\u8bd5\u8005\u5728\u8fdb\u98df\u524d\u548c\u8fdb\u98df\u540e\u5747\u7ed9\u4e88AMP945\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u79f0\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0cAMP945\u5728\u6240\u6709\u5242\u91cf\u4e0b\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u5728\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u51fa\u73b0\u505c\u836f\u6216\u4e25\u91cd\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u201c\u4e00\u822c\u662f\u8f7b\u5ea6\u6216\u4e2d\u5ea6\u7684\u201d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u4e2d\u5e73\u5747\u5206\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u662f\u8f7b\u5ea6\u5934\u75db\uff0c\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u201c\u53ef\u80fd\u201d\u4e0eAMP945\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5305\u62ec1\u4f8b\u8179\u6cfb\u30012\u4f8b\u5934\u75db\u30011\u4f8b\u5473\u89c9\u969c\u788d\u548c1\u4f8b\u6f6e\u70ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e3\u670d\u7ed9\u836f\u540e\uff0cAMP945\u7684\u8840\u6d46\u534a\u8870\u671f\u7ea6\u4e3a20\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u65e2\u53ef\u53e3\u670d\u751f\u7269\u5229\u7528\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u6bcf\u65e5\u7ed9\u836f1\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n<p>AMP945\u7684\u8840\u6d46\u6c34\u5e73\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u6291\u5236\u9884\u671f\u76ee\u6807-\u9ecf\u9644\u6fc0\u9176(FAK)\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728\u7ed9\u836f\u540e\u7ea62 &#8211;
