PAA)\u5df2\u7ecf\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u4e13\u5229\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u5c06\u5176\u9886\u5934\u836f\u7269monepantel\u7528\u4e8e\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PCT(\u4e13\u5229\u5408\u4f5c\u6761\u7ea6)\u4e13\u5229\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u5355\u620a\u70f7\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6c28\u57fa\u4e59\u8148\u884d\u751f\u7269\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u836f\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u58f0\u79f0\u6700\u65e9\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u65e5\u671f\u4e3a2020\u5e745\u670811\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PharmAust\u9884\u8ba1\u8be5\u7533\u8bf7\u5c06\u4e8e11\u6708\u5411\u516c\u4f17\u5f00\u653e\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u836f\u7269<\/h2>\n<p>Monepantel\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u79cd\u7c7b\u548c\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u4ee3\u8c22\u3001\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u3001\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u8010\u836f\u6027\u548c\u751f\u6001\u6bd2\u6027\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u4e1a\u754c\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u76ee\u524d\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u5bb6\u755c\u7684\u9a71\u866b\u836f(\u6297\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u836f)\uff0c\u5bf9\u7ef5\u7f8a\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u7ebf\u866b\u5177\u6709\u5e7f\u8c31\u6d3b\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PharmAust\u516c\u53f8\u4f7f\u7528<a href=\"http:\/\/smallcaps-production.test\/pharmaust-progress-lead-drug-monepantel-treating-canine-human-cancers-covid-19\/?lang=cn\">monepantel\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u5f00\u53d1\u4eba\u7c7b\u548c\u72ac\u7c7b\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u7597\u6cd5\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u4e0emTOR(\u96f7\u5e15\u9709\u7d20\u7684\u673a\u5236\u9776\u70b9)\u901a\u8def\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee5\u524d\u672a\u88ab\u8bc6\u522b\u7684\u201c\u8131\u9776\u201d\u65b9\u5f0f\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff0cmTOR\u901a\u8def\u662f\u54fa\u4e73\u52a8\u7269\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u8c03\u63a7\u901a\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PharmAust\u6b64\u524d\u66fe\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9776\u5411mTOR\u9014\u5f84\u7684monepantel\u7b49\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>COVID-19\u6cbb\u7597<\/h2>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\uff0cPharmAust\u5ba3\u5e03monepantel\u53ca\u5176\u4ee3\u8c22\u7269monepantel\u781c\u53ef\u80fd\u7528\u4e8e<a href=\"http:\/\/smallcaps-production.test\/pharmaust-progress-lead-drug-monepantel-treating-canine-human-cancers-covid-19\/?lang=cn\">\u9884\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u6cbb\u7597<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u53d1\u73b0\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u8377\u5170\u83b1\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u533b\u5b66\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bf9SARS- CoV-2(\u5bfc\u81f4COVID-19\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2)\u57f9\u517b\u7ec6\u80de\u611f\u67d3\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d4b\u8bd5\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u836f\u7269\u5728\u4e13\u95e8\u7684COVID-19\u975e\u4eba\u7c7b\u7075\u957f\u7c7b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u751f\u6210\u4e86\u6307\u793a\u6027\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc1\u660e\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2(\u9632\u6b62\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1)\u6d3b\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u957f\u7684\u4fdd\u8d28\u671f<\/h2>\n<p>\u672c\u6708\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\uff0cPharmAust\u62a5\u544a\u79f0\uff0cmonepantel\u7247\u5242\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06<a Monepantel\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u79cd\u7c7b\u548c\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u4ee3\u8c22\u3001\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u3001\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u8010\u836f\u6027\u548c\u751f\u6001\u6bd2\u6027\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u4e1a\u754c\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u3002
