GBM\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>GBM\u7684\u6210\u5c31<\/h2>\n<p>O\u2019rourke\u6559\u6388\u76ee\u524d\u5728University of Pennsylvania\u7684 Perelman School of Medicine \u795e\u7ecf\u5916\u79d1\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u662f\u8be5\u5927\u5b66Abramson Cancer Centre\u7684GBM\u8f6c\u5316\u5353\u8d8a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e3b\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u62e5\u6709\u8457\u540d\u7684John Templeton Jr MD\u795e\u7ecf\u5916\u79d1\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4ed6\u7684\u804c\u4e1a\u751f\u6daf\u4e2d\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7814\u7a76GBM\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8fd8\u62c5\u4efb\u8be5\u6821\u4eba\u7c7b\u8111\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5e93\u7684\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5e93\u662f\u4ed6\u57282001\u5e74\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u6700\u8fd1\u9886\u5bfc\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u9996\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528CAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u6cbb\u7597\u590d\u53d1\u6027GBM\u7684\u4eba\u4f53\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u8fd8\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u4f7f\u7528CAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u548cPD-1\u6291\u5236\u8054\u5408\u6cbb\u7597\u65b0\u8bca\u65ad\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5173\u952e\u7684\u4f5c\u7528<\/h2>\n<p>\u6709\u5148\u89c1\u4e4b\u660e\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406Steven Yatomi-Clarke\u8868\u793a\uff0cO\u2019Rourke\u6559\u6388\u5c06\u5728\u79d1\u5b66\u987e\u95ee\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8bf4:\u201c\u4ed6\u5728CAR-T\u6cbb\u7597GBM\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u89c1\u89e3\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u662f\u65e0\u4e0e\u4f26\u6bd4\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u6307\u5bfcOmniCAR GBM\u9879\u76ee\u514b\u670d\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u6cd5\u9047\u5230\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019rourke\u6559\u6388\u5c06\u52a0\u5165CAR-T\u4e13\u5bb6Phil Darcy\u6559\u6388\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u5b66\u5bb6\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u5458H Miles Prince\u6559\u6388\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4fb5\u7565\u6027\u7684\u764c\u75c7<\/h2>\n<p>\u80f6\u8d28\u6bcd\u7ec6\u80de\u7624(GBM)\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4fb5\u88ad\u6027\u8111\u764c\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u661f\u5f62\u7ec6\u80de\u7624(\u661f\u5f62\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u6ecb\u517b\u548c\u652f\u6301\u5927\u8111\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>GBM\u901a\u5e38\u751f\u957f\u5728\u5927\u8111\u7684\u989d\u53f6\u548c\u989e\u53f6\uff0c\u5e76\u8fc5\u901f\u7e41\u6b96\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u5b83\u5f88\u96be\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5927\u7ea625%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5b58\u6d3b\u8d85\u8fc712\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u53ea\u67095%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5b58\u6d3b\u8d85\u8fc75\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CAR-T\u7597\u6cd5\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7597\u6cd5\uff0c\u5b83\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u6b8a\u6539\u53d8\u7684t\u7ec6\u80de\u76f4\u63a5\u548c\u7cbe\u786e\u5730\u9776\u5411\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u6cbb\u7597GBM\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Prescient\u6b63\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u7528\u4e8e\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3CAR-T\u6cbb\u7597\u6025\u6027\u9ad3\u7cfb\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7684OmniCAR\u9879\u76ee;\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u3001\u5375\u5de2\u764c\u548c\u80c3\u764c\u4e2d\u7684Her2+\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624;\u548c\u201c\u7eff\u5e26\u8fd0\u52a8\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e34\u5e8a\u5206\u671f\u80bf\u7624\u516c\u53f8Prescient
