CPU\u3001GPU \u548c\u95ea\u5b58\/DRAM\uff09\u7684\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0cCSIRO \u9884\u6d4b\uff0c\u5230 2040 \u5e74\uff0c\u91cf\u5b50\u8ba1\u7b97\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u6280\u672f\u5c06\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u6bcf\u5e74 860 \u4ebf\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u521b\u9020\u989d\u5916\u7684 10,000 \u4e2a\u65b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c97\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u91cf\u5b50\u8ba1\u7b97\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u91c7\u7528\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u4e4b\u8def\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u91cf\u5b50\u5904\u7406\u5668\u82af\u7247\u7684\u786c\u4ef6\u5f00\u53d1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6280\u672f\u58ee\u4e3e<\/h2>\n<p>Archer \u6700\u8fd1\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u201c12CQ\u201d\uff08one-two-see-que\uff09\u82af\u7247\u6280\u672f\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u6280\u672f\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u636e\u79f0\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u91cf\u5b50\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u8bbe\u5907\u94fa\u5e73\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6700\u8fd1\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u5b83\u5df2\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u82af\u7247\u4e0a\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u624b\u673a\u517c\u5bb9\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Archer \u4f7f\u7528\u201c\u57fa\u4e8e\u9ad8\u7535\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u7387\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1 (HEMT) \u6280\u672f\u7684\u5355\u82af\u7247\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u5b50\u81ea\u65cb\u5171\u632f\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u201d\u505a\u5230\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002HEMT\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u624b\u673a\u7b49\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8bb8\u591a\u91cf\u5b50\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u76ee\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u82af\u7247\u5728\u4f4e\u6e29\u4e0b\u8fd0\u884c\u6216\u96be\u4ee5\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u73b0\u4ee3\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5b9e\u7528\u91cf\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6743\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArcher \u82af\u7247\u5f00\u53d1\u662f\u72ec\u4e00\u65e0\u4e8c\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u6f5c\u529b\u5b9e\u73b0\u91cf\u5b50\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u8bbe\u5907\uff1b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u6b65\u4e3a\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u79cd\u4ee4\u4eba\u5174\u594b\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u76f4\u63a5\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u201dArcher \u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Mohammad Choucair \u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff1a\u201cHEMT
