\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u671f\u5f85\u5728\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u4e0e\u4e34\u5e8a\u533b\u751f\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5206\u4eab\u8be6\u7ec6\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u6781\u5927\u5730\u6269\u5c55\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9 paxalisib \u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u89c1\u89e3\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u968f\u540e\u5bf9\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5de5\u4f5c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u8c22\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u533b\u751f\u548c\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u201d Garner\u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e3b\u8981\u53d1\u73b0<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6d89\u53ca 30 \u540d\u65b0\u8bca\u65ad\u7684\u80f6\u8d28\u6bcd\u7ec6\u80de\u7624\u548c\u672a\u7532\u57fa\u5316 MGMT \u542f\u52a8\u5b50\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u2014\u2014\u57fa\u56e0\u56fe\u8c31\u663e\u793a\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u552f\u4e00\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u66ff\u83ab\u5511\u80fa(temozolomide)\u5177\u6709\u8010\u836f\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u53d1\u73b0\u6bcf\u5929\u4e00\u6b21 60mg \u7684 paxalisib \u5242\u91cf\u662f\u672a\u6765\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6700\u5927\u8010\u53d7\u5242\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u610f\u5411\u6cbb\u7597\u4eba\u7fa4 (ITT) \u7684\u4e2d\u4f4d\u603b\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u4e3a 15.7 \u4e2a\u6708\uff0cKazia \u8bf4\u8fd9\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u66ff\u83ab\u5511\u80fa\u62a5\u544a\u768412.7 \u4e2a\u6708\u76f8\u6bd4\u201c\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5229\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0cITT \u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u4e2d\u4f4d\u65e0\u8fdb\u5c55\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u4e3a 8.4 \u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u4e0e\u66ff\u83ab\u5511\u80fa\u76f8\u5173\u7684 5.3 \u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u4ec5\u5305\u62ec\u8bc4\u4f30\u7597\u6548\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6539\u826f ITT \u7ec4\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 paxalisib \u7684\u603b\u751f\u5b58\u7387\u4e0a\u5347\u81f3 15.9 \u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kazia \u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u5728 II \u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4e0e\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u201c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4e00\u81f4\u201d\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5305\u62ec\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u3001\u53e3\u8154\u7c98\u819c\u708e\u548c\u76ae\u75b9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u7814\u7a76<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u7ee7\u7eed\u8bc4\u4f30 paxalisib \u5728\u80f6\u8d28\u6bcd\u7ec6\u80de\u7624\u4e2d\u7684\u7597\u6548\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c GM AGILE \u8bd5\u9a8c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GBM AGILE \u662f\u4e00\u9879\u9488\u5bf9\u80f6\u8d28\u6bcd\u7ec6\u80de\u7624\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e8e\u53bb\u5e74 1 \u6708\u5f00\u59cb\u62db\u52df paxalisib \u624b\u81c2\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fd9\u9879\u5173\u952e\u7814\u7a76\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u6267\u884c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u548c\u4e00\u79cd\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u65b9\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7075\u6d3b\u4e14\u9002\u5e94\u6027\u5f3a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u7ef4\u62a4\u591a\u4e2a\u6cbb\u7597\u7ec4\u2014\u2014\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u66f4\u5feb\u5730\u8bc6\u522b\u6216\u53cd\u9a73\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<p
