400;\">\u8fd9\u5bb6\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u73c0\u65af\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u9636\u6bb5\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u672c\u5b63\u5ea6\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u5019\u9009\u836f\u7269\u7684\u826f\u597d\u751f\u4ea7\u89c4\u8303 (GMP) \u7ea7Monepantel (MPL) \u7684\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u4eba\u4f53\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u622a\u81f3 2022 \u5e74 3 \u6708 31 \u65e5\uff0c\u5b83\u5ba3\u5e03\u7684\u94f6\u884c\u4f59\u989d\u7ea6\u4e3a 214 \u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u62a5\u544a\u671f\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\u8fd8\u6536\u5230\u4e86 20 \u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u7684FightMND \u6350\u6b3e\u548c 70 \u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u56de\u6263\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u75be\u75c5\u7684 I\/II \u671f\u4eba\u4f53\u8bd5\u9a8c<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u672c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0cPharmAust \u5ba3\u5e03\u4efb\u547d Alithia Life Sciences \u7ba1\u7406 1\/2 \u671f\u4eba\u4f53\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u8be5\u8bd5\u9a8c\u5c06\u6d4b\u8bd5 MPL \u5728\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u75be\u75c5\uff08 MND \uff09\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5e78\u8fd0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u4efb\u547d\u662f\u901a\u8fc7 FightMND \u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u836f\u7269\u5f00\u53d1\u8865\u52a9\u91d1\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MND \u4eba\u4f53\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u548c\u4f26\u7406\/\u76d1\u7ba1\u6279\u51c6\u73b0\u5df2\u5230\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9 PharmAust \u6765\u8bf4\u5e78\u8fd0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8d44\u52a9\u534f\u8bae\u89c4\u5b9a PharmAust \u5c06\u62e5\u6709\u5176\u5728 MND \u7684 I\/II \u671f\u4eba\u4f53\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6240\u6709\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u5f00\u59cb\u65e5\u671f\u4ecd\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u5e73\u677f\u7535\u8111\u5236\u9020\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6570\u636e\u5f85\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FightMND \u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u671f\u4ed8\u6b3e 99,230 \u6fb3\u5143\u5c06\u5728\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u65b0\u5236\u5907\u7684 MPL \u7247\u5242\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708 GMP \u52a0\u901f\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7b2c\u4e09\u671f 173,034 \u6fb3\u5143\u5c06\u5728\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e 2022 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u5ba1\u5224\u65f6\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II\u671f\u72ac\u7c7b\u8bd5\u9a8c<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 \u6708\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0cPharmAust \u5728\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u5019\u9009\u836f\u7269 MPL \u7684\u72ac\u7c7b\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MPL \u5728 2a \u671f\u548c 2b \u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u90fd\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u6297\u764c\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u8ff9\u8c61\uff0c\u4f7f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u5f97\u4ee5\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u8bd5\u9a8c\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u7528\u836f\u7269\u8840\u6d46\u6c34\u5e73\u7684 MPL \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4e03\u53ea\u72d7\u4e2d\u6709\u516d\u53ea\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u76ee\u6807\u75c5\u53d8\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u80bf\u7624\u5b8c\u5168\u6d88\u5931\u5e76\u4e14\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5ba1\u5224\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u517d\u533b\u548c\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u4e3b\u4eba\u9009\u62e9\u7ee7\u7eed MPL \u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u5bf9 PharmAust \u7684\u79ef\u6781\u8ff9\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PharmAust \u65e8\u5728\u7ee7\u7eed\u5e76\u6269\u5927\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c06 MPL \u6ce8\u518c\u4e3a\u72ac B \u7ec6\u80de\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u7684\u6297\u764c\u836f\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u4e8e MPL \u8bd5\u9a8c\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5982\u6b64\u6210\u529f\uff0cPharmAust \u7ee7\u7eed\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u63a8\u8fdb MPL \u5728\u4eba\u4f53\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 \u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\u7684 MPL<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PharmAust \u4e0e\u4e09\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u63ed\u793a MPL \u548c MPLS \u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u9632\u6b62\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7ed3\u679c\u652f\u6301\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u7406\u8bba\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u90fd\u8bc1\u660e MPL \u548c MPLS \u5728\u611f\u67d3 SARS-CoV2\uff08COVID-19 \u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\uff09\u540e\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 22 \u8d22\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e09\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u7684 Ergomed Clinical Research \u53c2\u4e0e\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u4e86\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u6d4b\u8bd5 MPL \u5728\u611f\u67d3 SARS-CoV2 \u7684\u4e2a\u4f53\u4e2d\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u786e\u5b9a\u4e94\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u591a\u5bb6\u533b\u9662\u6709\u5174\u8da3\u6d4b\u8bd5 MPL \u5bf9 COVID-19\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u6253\u7b97\u4e0e\u5176\u4e2d\u51e0\u5bb6\u6700\u7ec8\u8fbe\u6210\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u5b63\u5ea6\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u4e3a\u6b63<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\u6301\u7eed\u5b58\u5728\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u4f46 PharmAust \u8ba4\u4e3a\u5b83\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u6765\u7ee7\u7eed\u5176\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 22 \u8d22\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e09\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u7814\u53d1\u8d39\u7528\u8fbe\u5230 180,000 \u6fb3\u5143\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5e2e\u52a9\u5f00\u53d1 MPL \u4ee5\u53ca\u5206\u914d\u7ed9 Richard Mollard \u535a\u58eb\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u51fa\u7b26\u5408 PharmAust
