\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Ken Hancock \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5728 2022 \u8d22\u5e74\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u6269\u5f20\u7684\u57ab\u811a\u77f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASX\u4e0a\u5e02\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u4e9a\u6d32\u6269\u5f20<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RLF AgTech \u5728\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1\u4e2d\u6210\u529f\u7b79\u96c6\u4e86 850 \u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\u540e\uff0c\u4e8e 2022 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u9996\u6b21\u4eae\u76f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5728 2023 \u8d22\u5e74\u7684\u8fdc\u671f\u5e74\u5ea6\u9500\u552e\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a 220 400;\">\u73b0\u6709\u5ba2\u6237\u5305\u62ec\u6cb3\u5317\u5a01\u6c38\u751f\u5316\uff08Hebei Veyong Bio-Chemical\uff09\u3001\u56db\u5ddd\u8fbe\u6c83\u4e30\uff08Sichuan Davofeng\uff09\u3001\u6d77\u5357\u5eb7\u7199\u4e30\uff08Hainan Kangxifeng\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RLF AgTech \u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u9500\u552e\u4eba\u5458\u6bd4 2021 \u8d22\u5e74\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 40%\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u62db\u8058\u3002\u5b83\u9884\u8ba1\u6301\u7eed\u62db\u8058\u7684\u9500\u552e\u989d\u5c06\u5728 2023 \u8d22\u5e74\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 2022 \u8d22\u5e74\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u5206\u9500\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u52aa\u529b\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u6269\u5f20\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u4ef7\u503c\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a 170 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff08240 \u4e07\u6fb3\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u78b3\u5021\u8bae<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5c55\u671b\u672a\u6765\uff0cRLF AgTech \u5e0c\u671b\u7ee7\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u5176\u5168\u8d44\u5b50\u516c\u53f8 RLF Carbon\u2014\u2014\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u51cf\u5c11\u4f20\u7edf\u80a5\u6599\u6295\u5165\u548c\u589e\u52a0\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u50a8\u5b58\u7684\u78b3\uff0c\u4e3a\u519c\u6c11\u5728\u65b0\u5174\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u78b3\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u7ecf\u8425\u521b\u9020\u5546\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u9664\u4e86\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0cRLF Carbon \u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e3a\u78b3\u6355\u83b7\u548c\u51c0\u96f6\u519c\u4e1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u5168\u7403\u673a\u9047\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u6709\u8425\u517b\u3001\u4ea7\u91cf\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u4f5c\u7269\uff0c\u201d\u6c49\u8003\u514b\u5148\u751f\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 2021 \u5e74 10 \u6708\u6210\u7acb RLF Carbon \u540e\uff0cRLF AgTech \u5f00\u59cb\u4e0e\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u8054\u90a6\u94f6\u884c\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e00\u4efd\u610f\u5411\u4e66 (LOI)\uff0c\u4e3a\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u6218\u7565\u8054\u76df\u521b\u5efa\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u5411\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u519c\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u4e1a\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0e CBA \u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u672a\u6765\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u6218\u7565\u78b3\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p
