Monash Children\u2019s Hospital \u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u8ba1\u5212\u4e3a\u671f28\u5929\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u521d\u6b65\u7ed3\u679c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6ee1\u610f\u540e\uff0c\u8bd5\u9a8c\u88ab\u5ef6\u957f\u523052\u5468\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u53c8\u5ef6\u957f\u4e866\u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece2021\u5e745\u6708\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u8be5\u8bd5\u9a8c\u62db\u52df\u4e8614\u540d\u5e74\u9f84\u57288\u81f317\u5c81\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684ASD 2\u7ea7\u62163\u7ea7\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8bd5\u9a8c\u5f00\u59cb\u65f6\u7684\u57fa\u7ebf\uff0c\u5bf9\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u53cd\u5e94\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u884c\u4e3a\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6d4b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u652f\u6301\u65e9\u671f\u6210\u679c<\/h2>\n<p>\u652f\u630120\u5468\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u201c\u4f18\u79c0\u201d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c54\u5468\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a30%\u7684\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u4ece\u57fa\u7ebf\u7684\u201c\u4e2d\u5ea6\u75be\u75c5\u201d\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u7c7b\u5230\u201c\u8fb9\u7f18\u201d\u6216\u201c\u8f7b\u5ea6\u75be\u75c5\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>10\u540d\u60a3\u8005(90%)\u7684\u8bc4\u5206\u4e3a\u201c\u6539\u5584\u5f88\u591a\u201d\u6216\u201c\u6539\u5584\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ed3\u679c\u8fd8\u663e\u793a\u6ca1\u6709\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u8840\u6db2\u5206\u6790\u6216\u809d\u529f\u80fd\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u7814\u7a76\u5458 Michael Fahey \u6559\u6388\u8bf4\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u7ee7\u7eed\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u75be\u75c5\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u793e\u4ea4\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u201c\u5168\u7403\u6539\u5584\u201d\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u597d\u5904\u4e0e\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4e25\u91cd\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u548c\u201c\u5e72\u51c0\u201d\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u7ed3\u679c\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8bf4:\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u5f53\u7136\u671f\u5f85\u8fd9\u4e00\u4ee4\u4eba\u5174\u594b\u7684ASD\u5f00\u53d1\u673a\u4f1a\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>\u8ba1\u5212\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u7814\u7a76<\/h2>\n<p>\u795e\u7ecf\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u6267\u884c\u8463\u4e8bThomas Duthy\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5e0c\u671b\u8be5\u7ed3\u679c\u80fd\u5728\u5927\u578bII\/III\u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u590d\u5236\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u53cc\u76f2\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u5c06\u5728\u83ab\u7eb3\u4ec0\u513f\u7ae5\u533b\u9662\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u4e8e2023\u5e7412\u6708\u5f53\u5b63\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8fd8\u5e0c\u671b\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40(FDA)\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u65b0\u836f\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u4e3a\u6269\u5927\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u6700\u7ec8\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u5e94\u7528\u94fa\u5e73\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u81ea\u95ed\u75c7\u8c31\u7cfb\u969c\u788d<\/h2>\n<p>\u5927\u7ea6\u6bcf44\u4e2a\u7f8e\u56fd\u513f\u7ae5\u4e2d\u5c31\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u60a3\u6709ASD\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5e02\u573a\u4ef7\u503c18.5\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0827.6\u4ebf\u6fb3\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6076\u5fc3\u3001\u7126\u8651\u548c\u80c3\u75db\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>NTI-164\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u8bd5\u9a8c<\/h2>\n<p>\u867d\u7136ASD\u662fNeurotech\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4f46\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6700\u8fd1\u8fd8\u62db\u52df\u4e8615\u540d\u8ba1\u5212\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279\u4eba\uff0c<a
