Office\uff09\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u8bb8\u53ef\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u8be5\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u6eb6\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u7597\u6cd5CF33\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caVaxinia\uff08CF33-hNIS\uff09\u548cCheckVacc\uff08CF33-hNIS-antiPDL1\uff09\u53d8\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u5d4c\u5408\u75d8\u75c5\u6bd2\u7ec4\u5408\u7269\u53ca\u5176\u7528\u9014\u201d\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\u8bb8\u53ef\u5019\u9009\u836f\u7269\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u7269\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u76f4\u81f3 2037 \u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Imugene \u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Leslie Chong \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5f0f\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5979\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e13\u5229\u5546\u6807\u5c40\u4e3a CF33 \u6eb6\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u5bb6\u65cf\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u8bb8\u53ef\u662f\u5411\u524d\u8fc8\u51fa\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u800c\u8a00\u7279\u522b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>\u5d4c\u5408\u75d8\u82d7\u75d8\u75c5\u6bd2<\/h2>\n<p>CF33 \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5d4c\u5408\u75d8\u82d7\u75d8\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u53d1\u660e\u5bb6 Yuman Fong \u6559\u6388\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0cYuman Fong \u6559\u6388\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u8457\u540d\u7684\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u5e0c\u671b\u4e4b\u57ce\u533b\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5916\u79d1\u80bf\u7624\u5b66 Sangiacomo \u5bb6\u65cf\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u4e5f\u662f\u6eb6\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u9886\u57df\u7684\u8457\u540d\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u5019\u9009\u836f\u7269\u62e5\u6709\u5728\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u4e2d\u5b89\u5168\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u662f 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 80 \u5e74\u4ee3\u6d88\u706d\u81f4\u547d\u5929\u82b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u5168\u7403\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6eb6\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u65e8\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u6740\u6b7b\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u5e76\u6fc0\u6d3b\u9488\u5bf9\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6539\u5584\u4e34\u5e8a\u53cd\u5e94\u548c\u751f\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5e8f\u5217<\/h2>\n<p>\u6765\u81ea\u591a\u79cd\u75d8\u82d7\u75c5\u6bd2\u682a\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5e8f\u5217\u5df2\u88ab\u7ec4\u5408\u751f\u6210 CF33\uff0cImugene \u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u201c\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CF33 Vaxinia \u542b\u6709\u4eba\u7c7b\u7898\u5316\u94a0\u540c\u5411\u8f6c\u8fd0\u4f53 (hNIS) \u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u8be5\u57fa\u56e0\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u6210\u50cf\u6280\u672f\u8ffd\u8e2a\u4f53\u5185\u75c5\u6bd2\u5e76\u4ecb\u5bfc\u9776\u5411\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CF33 CheckVacc \u8fd8\u542b\u6709 hNIS\uff0c\u5e76\u201c\u6b66\u88c5\u201d\u6709\u6297 PD-L1 \u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f3a\u6297\u764c\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e34\u5e8a\u524d\u8bd5\u9a8c<\/h2>\n<p>\u6240\u6709 CF33 \u53d8\u4f53\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u5df2\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u4e34\u5e8a\u524d\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\u5177\u6709\u5c40\u90e8\u548c\u5168\u8eab\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528 2037 \u5e74\u3002 Imugene \u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Leslie Chong \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5f0f\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002 \u5bb6\u65cf\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3002 \u4ed6\u4e5f\u662f\u6eb6\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u9886\u57df\u7684\u8457\u540d\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002 CheckVacc \u8fd8\u542b\u6709 hNIS\uff0c\u5e76\u201c\u6b66\u88c5\u201d\u6709\u6297 PD-L1 \u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f3a\u6297\u764c\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7597\u3002 \u4e34\u5e8a\u524d\u8bd5\u9a8c
